Shipping and delivery 

General Information
Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.

Please check with your local customs office to see if you can import the items, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

When you place an order on our webshop, https://naturialife.com/ (the “Site”), we will dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

1: Transporter

We will send your package safely and securely with DHL.

2: Costs

We charge € 13 shipping, except when you order is above € 49.00, then your shipping is free.

3: Term

When you order a product on we strive towards delivering your product as soon as possible. For an exact delivery indication, please refer to the specific product page of the product. You can also contact us to ask for an exact delivery time.

4: Transporter operating procedure

As soon as we dispatch your package you will receive an email confirmation, with your track & trace code from DHL, from us. You can use this track & trace code to follow your package. If you are not at home during delivery, DHL can do two things, namely:

1: DHL can try again to deliver the package to you on the next working day;
2: DHL can try to deliver the package at your neighbors and will inform you of this.

If you are again not at home during the second delivery, DHL can do two things, namely:

1: DHL will deliver your package to the closest DHL package point, where you can collect your package for 14 calendar days, and the deliverer will inform you of this;
2: DHL can try to deliver the package at your neighbors and will inform you of this.

If you do not collect the package from the package point in time, the package will be returned to the sender. Should this be the case we will contact you as soon as we receive the package in the warehouse. This also applies if there is an incomplete or incorrect address on the package.

5: Not in stock or a longer delivery time

If a product is not in stock we can make this known to you in three ways at our, namely by:

1: Disabling the product, so that you can no longer order it;
2: Indicating a longer delivery time in working days on the product page;
3: Informing you that you are ordering a pre-order with a longer delivery time.

In all three cases we do our best to deliver the product to you as soon as possible.
